Latin America
ftalks is the annual international meeting organized by KMZERO that brings together leaders in food innovation to address the challenges and opportunities in the sector. Despite the fact that the event has its own Latin American edition in Mexico City each year, this Valencia edition includes 3 Latin American startups in the finalists list:
- Ainwater – Optimizes industrial and municipal water treatment plants using digital twins.
- Innomy – Develops solutions for the food industry such as meat analogues or functional flours, using sustainable biotechnological processes based on fungal mycelia.
- Kigüi – Reduces food waste by connecting food suppliers with consumers interested in purchasing products at attractive prices before they expire.
