Juicer Closes $5.3 Million Seed Round to Enhance Restaurant Revenue Management
San Francisco-based Juicer has successfully raised $5.3 million in seed funding, led by York IE, with participation from Augment Ventures and Mudita Venture Partners. This funding round also saw support from industry figures such as Kat Cole, President of Athletic Greens, and Paul English, co-founder of Kayak. Marshall Everson, Vice President of Investments & Strategy at York IE, will join Juicer’s board.
Juicer specializes in data-driven solutions for restaurant revenue management and competitive intelligence. Leveraging AI and machine learning algorithms, Juicer aims to optimize pricing strategies, providing transparent and predictable pricing for consumers, especially during off-peak hours.

The funds raised will be utilized to accelerate the development of Juicer’s tools and data resources, aiming to improve operational efficiencies and enhance consumer experiences across the restaurant sector. Key initiatives include further innovation of its technology stack, notably the JUICER Pricing and JUICER Compete solutions. The former serves as an algorithmic price optimization engine, while the latter provides AI-driven competitive intelligence, enabling brands to benchmark menu prices against local competitors and evaluate market dynamics.
Marshall Everson expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting York IE’s commitment to supporting Juicer’s vision in redefining restaurant revenue management with innovative AI-driven solutions.
