The e2p team\u2019s extensive operational experience and executive networks position them as ideal partners for family-held businesses and corporate carve-outs. Post-investment, e2p collaborates closely with management teams to implement its proprietary North Star Smart Investing Program as part of a comprehensive Business Transformation Plan (BTP).
